A Walkthrough:

From the main terrace, there is an entrance to the ground floor of the villa. Here, you will find a spacious, luxuriously decorated modern living room, two fully equipped kitchens, toilet, and a laundry room. From the living area, there is an entrance to the spa area with a gym, infrared sauna, and a bathroom. You will also be able to explore all the secrets of Dalmatian wines in the private wine cellar. On the first floor, you will find three very spacious and luxuriously decorated bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom (Room 1, Room 2, and Room 3). All rooms are south-oriented and have a magnificent sea view.

Room 1 has a dressing room with an additional sofa bed. Room 1 and Room 2 each have an exit onto the south terrace. Together, Room 2 and Room 3 have an exit onto another south terrace with a jacuzzi, which is perfect for complete relaxation. On the same floor, there is a special entertainment room with two TVs, a football table, and a sofa for enjoying a good movie or electronic games. On the second floor, there is a spacious lobby with a viewing gallery as well as two good sized bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom (Room 4 and Room 5). Both bedrooms have an exit onto a terrace with a sea view and sitting furniture. The terrace is the perfect place to start a new day while enjoying a cup of morning coffee. On this floor, there is an exit that leads to the private parking, which is situated at the rear of the villa.
